Luca Morandi

Luca Morandi, PhD, is a co-founder of Studium Genetics and serves as its Chief Research Officer. He has a 20-year track record in molecular oncology research with more than 100 published papers in peer-reviewed journals. He is the inventor of 6 granted patents and, currently, he is associate professor in clinical molecular biology at the Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences, University of Bologna.  

 

Davide Bartolomeo Gissi

Davide Bartolomeo Gissi MD is a co-founder and a member of the technical-scientific committee of Studium Genetics. Davide has more than 15-years track record in the diagnosis and management of patients with malignant and premalignant lesions of the oral cavity. Davide is currently Senior Researcher at the University of Bologna's oral medicine unit headed by prof. Lucio Montebugnoli (Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences). Davide has more than 50 published papers in international peer-reviewed journals and is an active member of the Italian Society of Oral Pathology and Medicine (SIPMO).

 

Achille Tarsitano

Prof. Achille Tarsitano is a co-founder and a member of technical-scientific committee of Studium Genetics. He has more than 15-years track record in the management and treatment of patients with maxillo-facial neoplastic lesions. He is Associate Professor of Maxillo-Facial Surgery at Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences of Bologna University and consultant in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Sant’Orsola teaching Hospital. Achille is founder member of AIOCC (Associazione Italiana di Oncologia Cervico-Cefalica).
